A Month Full of Memories - November 2023
Well hey there!
Again - I am behind but we are catching up on these and will stay up to date, SWEAR.
November was a full month of travel, parties, family, friends and your two most favorite pups!
Here we go.
Venue Shopping -
Yes, you heard that right!! We wasted no time at all and went to one of our favorite places to travel and started our journey of venue shopping. We booked a 2-day very last minute trip to Cabo and it was well worth it!
To tell you the truth, I’ve always had a vision of what I wanted our venue to look like and let me tell you when we had the walk through I knew INSTANTLY that we were going to get married there. Then when Zac looked at me and said “I can picture all of our family and friends having the best weekend together here,” that finalized the decision instantly.
Holiday Ready -
Oh - you mean you don’t have your Christmas tree up and the house decorated on November 1st? Thats weird of you. One thing about me - I WILL have my house decorated the first day of November, but you bet your ass it’s all taken down no later than December 26th. I cannot get behind leaving it up. The calustrophia of it all is bugging me as I write this. Okay anyways, I spent Thanksgiving with my family eating alllllll the mashed potatoes and leaving no sip of wine left behind. The holiday season is one of my favorite times of the year and it always leaves me with my cup feeling full!
Good Drinks & Good Company -
Let’s be honest, I don’t know what month isn’t filled with good drinks accompanied by friends but I feel like we did a lot of that this month. We celebrated our dating anniversary on November 2nd at our favorite wine bar, Va De Vi, and my oh my they outdid themselves with the food and wine. We continued on the wine bar train and went one of my other favorites in Walnut Creek, Residual Sugar. I mean the vibes, the charcuterie, run dont walk!! We also celebrated my pretty much second mom’s (my best friends mom, my moms best friend, my dads best friends wife - you get the point) 50th birthday by getting dresses up in disco! The night was so much fun we didnt stop dancing… or stop taking shots, but whats new! More dinners, parties, friends and wine in December please!
November you FLEW by and I cannot believe we are heading into Decemebr.
Time to close this year out and get ready for the new year! Last month of 2023, so time to make It a good one.
