Lemon Garlic Hummus

This is seriously one of the easiest recipes ever. It literally takes about 5 minutes and most of the ingredients are things you probably already have laying around the kitchen! Hummus is such a good mid-day snack or perfect to put on a wrap for lunch. Instead of buying it at the grocery store, why not take a couple minutes out of your day and make it yourself so you know its clean and fresh.


WHAT YOU NEED:

2 lemons

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 can of garbanzo beans

2 cloves of garlic

salt

pepper

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Put the whole can of garbanzo beans into your blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.

  2. Then squeeze in the lemon juice, add the garlic, and the oil. Pulse until its mixed in.

  3. Top it off with some salt and pepper to your liking. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator to cool. (It tastes better when its cold.)
